Strictly enforce existing laws on multi-tone horns, reversing horns and air horns. Also enforce the law on the use of loud speakers. If necessary, formulate new laws to regulate the use of loud speakers during festivals.

I have seen drivers horning unneccesarily even though there is a traffic gird or as soon as the green lights come, immediately everyone starts horning. In Foreign countries no one horns. why is it here people insist on horning ?
