Road planned with better drainage

Considering the proximity of this road to the Agara lake, it would seem obvious that the drainage of rainwater would be an easy feat. This road could easily be designed and re-laid, to drain all rainwater to the lake. Currently, the road is often inundated with rainwater, causing traffic jams and damaging vehicles.
