This is more to do with rain water flowing off via drains. I would like to have a system in place (similar to RWH) which is more of a goodness to the eco rather than individuals. We could have RWH made on sideways and on roads to tap the rain water and give it back to mother earth. I do have more ideas, and can be discussed further in depth in our successive discussions.
