Outer Ring Road
The outer ring road is always clogged during peak hours, for the primary reason being the alternate roads to avoid the outer ring road is either not available or, they are in such a bad shape that they are unusable. I would want to see some work done to restore these alternate roads. Instead of building flyovers and underpass, if the authorities focus on laying good roads, which can sustain for long, it will solve a lot of traffic problems. Main reason for traffic is sudden reduction in average speed of a vehicle, which leads to piling up of vehicles behind.
