The most beautiful canopy on all off Bangalore was lost to the metro construction. This could have been easily avoided by going underground. Citizens were told thhat they have been informed in the newspaper 20 years earlier. While this is very good, it maked sense to notify the public just before undertaking such a development. Solution: Have an online portal and update the citizens about developments.
