Merge Bus stand and Railway station.
Railway should be underground & Bus stand on the ground floor & first level. Rest 6-8 floors should be for commercial space / mall. The lest floor should be meant for Drivers and conductors for Day / Night stay.
The commercial space can be provided to most used office in the Govt sector so that people come and complete the work without having to go else where.
When integrated the roads can be widened.
