Fountains and signage to demarcate entry ways into a particular town, in this case Horamavu. this should be an undertaking by a Board comprised of community leaders known as a Park District. They would undertake the beautification and upkeep of the public spaces. The fees for this would come out of the taxes paid by the residents of that town.
