Discipline among citizens is the single reason for all the mess in Bangalore. At least for waste segregation and traffic woes. A massive awareness campaign is required to educate all classes of people to follow the rules. Only after we clean ourselves of hypocrisy, can we have any moral right to blame the politicians or bureaucrats.
