Dacosta Layout Ist Cross & 2nd Cross -Water tank area.

1. The road is pot holed and dangerous for vehicles & pedestrians. It’s a school zone.
2. The drains are open and walking on the footh path is dangerous.
3. The water tankers should have a safer area to load .
