A city(or a country for that matter ) is nothing but the people who live there. So to change Bangalore:
* we have to educate people of Bangalore about better civic practices regarding trash and road discipline.
* Frame proper , practical , precise rules and implement with 0 tolerance .
* Some sort of peoples’ inspection/reporting should be there in public utility constructions like roads, drains etc. Payment must not be made to the contractor unless 10 respected people of the area certify the standard of the job done .
