By placing to sets of large tin/metal bins, one for wet and one for dry waste in the locality so that the recyclables can straight go to recycling facilities and the wet waste can be dumped without plastic bags. this will reduce the waste at landfills and reduce use of plastic bags. if possible, the cleaners should be coached how to decompose the wet garbage by adding neem decomposer etc and the wet waste can be converted into manure which can b used to grow plants in all the empty plots in the area.
